The seller, a provider of market intelligence to thepharmaceutical and healthcare industries, was represented by CBRichard Ellis' EVP Jon Sarkisian, SVP Richard Danesi, VP BrianGodau and associate William Hassan. BAE, a London-based defense andaerospace company, was represented by Resource Realty ofParsippany.
"IMS Health achieved its real estate objectives in the strategicdisposition of this building," Danesi says. "BAE Systems has sharedthis space with IMS Health for several years and was looking toexpand its operations. It was the most advantageous solution forboth parties."
The building is located within two miles of Route 46 andInterstate 80 in Northern New Jersey. BAE Systems plans to use itsnow-expanded space for its New Jersey communication, navigation,identification and reconnaissance operations.
