FirstService Corp. acquired a majority interest in PKF at thestart of the year. Bob Eaton, formerly executive managing directorof Colliers International Hotels USA, is now executive managingdirector of PKF Capital. Colliers Macaulay Nicolls' hotel brokerageoperation in Canada will continue to operate under the ColliersInternational Hotels brand.
PKF Capital is up and running in San Francisco, Los Angeles andSeattle. It also plans to open offices in Houston, Dallas andIndianapolis, where PKF's capital markets group has offices. "Weanticipate new cities and locations will be established over thenext several years as we continue to expand our services in theUS," Eaton says.
