Revere Golf Club is located within the Sun City Anthemmaster-planned community located 20 minutes south of the Las VegasStrip. It consists of two, 18-hole championship golf courses and a23,000-sf clubhouse. Golf Digest's lists the Revere as one of its"Best Places to Play."

The broker in the deal, Todd Ratliff of Hodges Ward Elliott'sGolf Division, says the two relatively new courses attracted morethan 80,000 rounds in 2006. "The barriers to new competition,especially this close to The Strip, make The Revere an especiallyattractive investment," he says.

CORE Realty Holdings LLC and its affiliates own andprofessionally manage more than 10.6 million sf of commercial realestate for its owners and investors. CORE vice chairman DougMorehead says the Revere acquisition is the first of what he hopeswill be a number of golf-related property acquisitions as it looksfor alternatives to its current portfolio of multifamily,commercial, retail and industrial investments.
