New York—Pantheon, which develops industrial, office andmixed-use project in the tri-state area and elsewhere, has hiredIntellicoat Technologies, an energy services company, to renovateand modernize each Pantheon property into a "green" building. Underthe terms of the agreement, the locally based Intellicoat willprovide Pantheon, also based here, with such services as energyaudits and installation of Intellicoat's energy-efficient roofcoatings.

The deal follows the recorded success Intellicoat achieved in apilot project completed for Pantheon at the latter's Miami FreeZone campus in Doral, FL. There, Intellicoat delivered energysavings of $.82 per sf.

"Our goal is to deliver an exceptional real estate product forour tenants," says Pantheon president Ken Cohen. "All of ourproperties' residents will reap the benefits of this program."
