The Minnetonka, MN-based distributor of commercial bakingproducts, which owns a 209,580-sf complex at 10726 Plano Rd.,picked up all but 52,000 sf in a 253,891-sf office/warehouse at3001 National Dr. and 2901 W. Kingsley Rd. "They looked at a fewothers," Stephen Cooper, vice president of NAI Robert Lynn, tellsGlobeSt.com. The deciding factor, he adds, was the ready-to-gospace and proximity to its Plano Road operations hub, which isthree miles to the northwest.

Best Brands will share the building, owned by Chicago-basedRidge Property Trust, with Keys Backyard, the lead tenant. Thebuilding's balance is being marketed for $3.05 per sf, triple net.Cooper and Tom Lynn, president of corporate services for theDallas-based brokerage company represent Ridge Property Trust. JohnAldrich of the Aldrich Group, also in Dallas, was the tenantrepresentative.

Cooper says Best Brands needed the space because it had atemporary lease about to roll. According to Dallas County taxrecords, the distributor leases space at 5210 Cantron Dr. and 10741Miller Rd.
