The independent energy marketer signed a seven-year lease forthe space with building owner Mack-Cali Realty Corp. of Edison, NJ.The deal brings the three-story, 180,000-sf office building to 100%leased.
Leonard Miller Jr. and Marc Graham of Cushman & Wakefield ofNew Jersey represented the tenant. Mack-Cali VP of leasingChristopher DeLorenzo represented the building owner.
DeLorenzo says that construction on the space is expected tobegin next month with the office ready for occupancy by Sept. 1. Headds that Econnergy Energy was on the market for space for about ayear and had looked at some Mack-Cali properties in Northern BergenCounty, NJ before deciding to remain in Rockland County andrelocate to the Rella Boulevard property.
