ALAMEDA, CA-Regency Centers Corporation has sold the newly developed Alameda Bridgeside Shopping Center here to Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors for $40.5 million. The 105,000-sf, three-building development is anchored by Nob Hill Foods and includes Starbucks, Taco Bell and Subway.

The center is located at 2671 Blanding Ave. Surrounded by the Fernside neighborhood, the center is the only grocery-anchored center on the south end of the island.

Kevin Van Voorhis, Andy Zighelboim, Scott Kinsey and John Sescher with Colliers International in Walnut Creek had the disposition assignment. With its upscale grocery anchor, the development is well-positioned to meet local consumer demand for high-quality retail, says Voorhis, an SVP with Colliers’ Investment Services Group.
