Buschman Partners, originally a boutique brokerage firm headedby John Buschman, was most recently affiliated with GVA WilliamsNJ, and before that CBRE and Insignia/ESG. Managing principals ofthe new local office of NKF, holdovers from Buschman Partners, areSteve Tolcash, who in a 20-year career has focused on corporateusers and property owners in greater Princeton, and Tom Romano, whohas handled tenant, landlord and investor rep for the past dozenyears. Other members of the office are director James Murray andassociate Brian Rushing.
