Duke Realty Corp. vice president Craig Flanagan that the tenantsselected the space because of the amenities offered and itsproximity to GA 400. National Union Fire Insurance Co. will moveinto the space in June and National Christian in July. "The leasingactivity is a reflection of the overall economy in Atlanta and thelocation of the property," he says.

Northwinds V is within the NorthWinds Center, which is a258-acre master planned development that is zoned for four millionsf of class A office space, 500,000 sf of retail space, 600 hotelrooms and 800 apartment units.
