Stephen Cooper with NAI Robert Lynn tells GlobeSt.com that therelocation will be completed just a couple months shy of a leaseexpiration for 9,000 sf at 2355 Merritt Dr. in Garland. He saystalks went full circle within a couple months to bring a new tenantinto 10455 Vista Park Rd. Continental Wireless, which designstwo-way communication systems, will use Northgate II as itsheadquarters and main operations point to sell two-waycommunication systems in addition to installation andmaintenance.
The 43,200-sf Northgate II has 20,800 sf being marketed at $5.25per sf triple net. The Glendale, CA-based PS Business Parks Inc. isthe owner, with Cooper in charge of leasing the second-generation,shell space in the Stemmons-Walnut Hill Corridor.
