Both deals were struck under the stewardship of Invesco RealtyAdvisors, which has owned 1-5 Sassacus Dr. since 2000. Consummatedin 2004, the 51,000-sf Relizon lease even featured the samebrokerage firms in Richards Barry Joyce & Partners representingthe Dallas-based landlord and Cresa Partners bringing in the twotenants. Cresa VP David Ross from the firm's Boston office andcolleague David Reinhart were involved in both leases. RBJprincipal John Lashar, who also negotiated the Relizon lease forInvesco, was on that end again in the WorkflowOne lease, joined inthe latest deal by RBJ VP Paul Leone.

Constructed in 1989, 1-5 Sassacus Dr. has a mix of office andindustrial space. The property has quick access to major roadwaysincluding Interstate 495, the Massachusetts Turnpike and Route 9.The lease to WorkflowOne is among the largest in the I-495/MassPike submarket this year, with others including Valeritas taking46,000 sf at 800 Turnpike Rd. in Shrewsbury; Datavantage leasing27,000 sf at 1800 West Park Dr. in Westborough; and a pair of17,000-sf leases, one by Systems Maintenance Services in Hudson andanother by Boston Scientific Corp. in Natick.
