The New York Sports Clubs location will be on the second floorof the 40-story 187-unit luxury condominium high-rise being builtby Cappelli Enterprises of Valhalla, NY and New York City-basedDonald Trump. The firm currently operates eight locations inWestchester County in: Croton-on-Hudson, Hartsdale, Hawthorne,Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Scarsdale, Somers and at Cappelli's CityCenter complex in Downtown White Plains.

The New Rochelle facility will feature a basketball court,state-of-the-art fitness equipment, family changing room, andseparate studios for aerobics, cycling, boxing and mind/bodyexercise programs. It will have two swimming pools--a lap pool anda pool for children's swimming lessons and aquatic exerciseclasses, company officials say.
