SUNRISE, FL-Ceramic Protection Corp. has signed a lease for theentire 128,144-sf warehouse space at Sawgrass Technology Park at1655 NW 136th Ave. With manufacturing facilities in the US andCanada, Ceramic designs, develops and manufactures ceramic andcomposite components for ballistic armor and industrial wearprotection systems.

Built in 1985, the 62.95-acre Sawgrass Technology Park consistsof 12 buildings with 446,604 sf of office, 71,621 sf of flex and128,144 sf of warehouse. It is owned by Stiles Capital Partners, ajoint venture between Stiles Corp. and Cargill. Stiles agentsMadelayne Garcia and Liz Glaria represented the complex owner, andBob Argenti, of Florida Trust Realty, spoke for the tenant.
