Colliers Arnold will be overseeing the day-to-day operations ofthe South Florida property management division. Principal andexecutive vice president Howard Rosenthal tells GlobeSt.com thatthe goal of the joint venture is to maximize economies of scale andgrow the firms' property-management business. "The joint venturegives us an opportunity to pull our operations together and have astatewide presence," he states.

With the combination of the portfolios, Colliers offers propertymanagement services in seven Florida offices: Miami, FortLauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Clearwater, Fort Myers andJacksonville. Some new managers have been hired to facilitate thechange.
