The five-story hotel has 129 rooms. Rates will vary depending onthe season, but will be between $129 and $139 per night, Habeebsays. The hotel also has an indoor pool, spa and fitnesscenter.
The area used to have a Hampton Inn which closed a couple ofyears ago. "We saw a need in the market," Habeeb says.
The hotel is near the Shoppes at College Hill shopping center,with retailers such as Von Maur, and along Veterans Parkway whichis the "main thoroughfare" in the area. First Hospitality Groupcurrently has a portfolio of more than 30 hotels, primarily Hilton-and Marriott-affiliated assets.
