InDecember, MGM announced two partnerships that would developnon-gaming resorts internationally. The first was a developmentpartnership with the Abu Dhabi government's Mubadala DevelopmentCo. The second was a partnership with the Diaoyutai StateGuesthouse in Beijing.

The partnership with Mubadala will start with projects in AbuDhabi, Las Vegas and the UK. The Diaoyutai partnership willinitially focus on the People's Republic of China.
