COSTA MESA, CA-Buyers have acquired 24 units at the latestGuthrie Development Co. industrial project months before completionis scheduled for the 28 units. Robert Guthrie, president of thelocally based firm, says that the 24 units have been sold atGuthrie Lambert Business Center, an eight-building, mixed-useoffice and industrial project totaling 132,642 sf.
Guthrie comments that, "Despite experts predicting real estateslowdown, all three of our projects have received a slew ofinterest from small industrial buyers in Orange County." The othertwo projects are the 15-building, 86,372-sf Guthrie Orange BusinessCenter in Orange and Freeway Crossroads, a 22-building developmentin Anaheim.
