The available space at the building, located near Exit 105 ofthe Garden State Parkway, includes 24 perimeter offices, fiveconference rooms, a raised floor area and a loading dock, accordingto Fowler. "The space can be divided to approximately 5,000 sf," hesays.

The 30-year-old Donato Group is the developer of the surroundingEatontown Industrial Park. On the office side, the company ownssome 700,000 sf of mostly class A buildings. Its tenant rosterincludes J.H. Cohn, an occupant of 23-33 Christopher Way, andComputer Science Corp., Northrop Grumman and OpNext, amongothers.
