In the Quincy transaction, Fallon Ambulance will relocate to theproperty near the Neponset River Bridge that had served as home toHudson News Corp. for nearly 30 years. The site provides Fallonwith quick access to Boston and the South Shore, according toC&W, who declined to discuss terms beyond calling it a"long-term commitment." Marketing data reviewed by GlobeSt.comshowed the space being advertised at $6.75 per sf prior to Fallonsecuring the building.
