QUINCY, MA-Two large industrial leases south of Boston have beensigned, including one here in the city's northern section whereFallon Ambulance has secured 69,000 sf at 199 Commander Shea Blvd.That full-building commitment and a renewal for 87,000 sf at theBoston Business Park off Route 128 in Boston were negotiated by thesouth suburban team at Cushman & Wakefield ofMassachusetts.

In the Quincy transaction, Fallon Ambulance will relocate to theproperty near the Neponset River Bridge that had served as home toHudson News Corp. for nearly 30 years. The site provides Fallonwith quick access to Boston and the South Shore, according toC&W, who declined to discuss terms beyond calling it a"long-term commitment." Marketing data reviewed by GlobeSt.comshowed the space being advertised at $6.75 per sf prior to Fallonsecuring the building. Hudson News, which recently consolidated itsNew England operations in Worcester, is retaining ownership of 199Commander Shea Blvd.
