Most recently, Storm had been head of CRE research at FortisBank Global Markets in Amsterdam, working to create a teamresponsible for covering European-based real estate investors.Storm had also been an equity analyst at Kempen & Co. MerchantBank in Amsterdam, for whom he covered real estate operations inAustria, Germany and Switzerland.

Wong also brings experience from the JP Morgan Securities'Regional Property Hong Kong/China group, where she specialized oncoverage of small- and mid-cap real estate companies. Storm andWong join an investment management firm that has been offering arange of real estate programs since 1984, including separateaccounts, mutual funds, closed-end vehicles and absolute returnstrategies.
