"We have been at this location for 18 years," says store ownerTony Chernalis, who notes that the business was founded in1960.
The signing was announced by Kevin Swill, president of KushnerProperties, which manages the property. "We have a steady flow ofleasing activity at this complex," says Swill, whose company is thecommercial real estate arm of the Florham Park, NJ-based KushnerCos. "It's part of a fashionable suburb, and the Market Basket is avery popular draw."
Franklin Farms consists of 808 High Mountain Rd., a two-storyretail and office building anchored by Market Basket. Building twois 851 Franklin Lakes Rd., featuring 14,000 sf of office space. The10.3-acre also includes a service station pad site, as well asundeveloped woodlands.
