Oasis, which has experienced revenue growth of approximately 50%over the past three years, is relocating its current headquartersfrom Congress Avenue in West Palm Beach to accommodate its need formore space. The company, which will occupy two floors in thefour-story building, is expected to move into the space in thefourth quarter.

Emerald View at Vista Center, which was completed in March, isone of the only Category 5 hurricane-resistant buildings in PalmBeach County. The building was constructed to withstand winds of upto 185 miles per hour and has 100% power back up. The building hasenough fuel stored for it to remain open for 14 days withoutrefueling.
