The five new tenants are CB Richard Ellis, representing a newoffice in the state for the firm, a location manned primarily by aretail brokerage team; Tishman Technologies; Cortiva EducationalInstitute; Mercon Coffee Inc.; and the Helma Institute of MassageTherapy. Brian Sekel, managing director of office and industrialproperties, was NRDC's in-house rep for all five deals. Terms werenot released.

Located at Two Hudson Place, the building overlooks the HudsonRiver near the NJ Transit Hoboken Terminal. The US Postal Serviceis a long-time major tenant, occupying almost 20,000 sf on twofloors of the eight-story building.
