And Teicher, a locally based residential and commercialdeveloper, has reserved half the building for use as a newheadquarters. The company is planning to move from its current sitenearby on Route 18. The leasing effort for the rest of the spacewill start later this year, according to Ryan Teicher, thecompany's vice president.

"There has been a significant increase in the number ofcompanies that are looking to establish operations, relocate orexpand in suburban markets," Teicher says. "Cranbury Road OfficePark will have modern build-to-suit spaces and a highly visiblelocation."
