Harlem Park, a 630,000-sf tower, will have 540,000 sf of officespace, 90,000 sf of retail on the first two floors, and undergroundparking. Swanke Hayden Connell Architects is designing the buildingas a stack of intersecting cubes with a terracotta curtain.

JLL president Peter Riguardi, international director FrankDoyle, senior vice presidents Cubie Dawson and Lloyd Desatnick andassociate Andrew Flint will oversee the massive assignment.

"While there continues to be significant residential and retailgrowth in Harlem, the key intersection of 125th Street and ParkAvenue, across from the Metro North Station, is an ideal site foran office tower," says Riguardi.
