Blackman Kallick has been a tenant in building since 2003,Wessman says. The length of the lease was not disclosed but isreportedly until 2016.The accounting firm is expanding because ofgrowth and had revenue growth of 20% last year, Wessman tellsGlobeSt.com. "Their business really has been growing across theboard in all practice areas," he says.

Wessman would not disclose the lease rate but said that theasking lease rate for the building is between $17 per sf and $20per sf, net. The lease includes a "significant tenant improvementallowance" for building out the additional space and free rent, hesays. The building is currently approximately 95% leased. Majortenants in the building include Blackman Kallick and Zurich NAInsurance.
