The $14 million development will also include a second phasethat will feature an additional 40,000 sf that will be availablefor lease. The architect for the project, which is at 851 S. CooleyDr., is RKZ Inc. of Tustin.

The three-story Summit Career College building, which isscheduled to open in January 2008, is expected to serve more than1,200 medical, dental and nursing students. The career college iscurrently located in Colton, just a block away.

Once completed, the new facility will be the primary locationfor all of Summit's programs.Summit has been in Colton for 15 yearsand has a branch campus in Anaheim.
