Speck, marking his 15th year with the firm, will remain incharge in Dallas, but also will be involved in national projects,internally and externally, as one of just five executives toachieve the upper-management ranking in the 1,400-agentcorporation. Under Speck's leadership, the Dallas team, now roughly90 members, has increased revenue six-fold in the past five years.The fast-paced growth has led to the opening of a Fort Worth officeand possibly some more, particularly with Lamontagne moving intotraining as an office leader.

"Tim has been instrumental in developing both the nationalresearch group and major account services department," Harvey E.Green, president and CEO of the Encino, CA-based firm, says in apress release. Speck's corporate roles have included salesassociate, divisional research manager and senior roles in Phoenixbefore coming to Dallas in 2002 as regional manager.

Lamontagne, marking his fifth year with the firm, will become asales manager. "Scott has great potential to be not only a mentorand coach, but a leader in our organization," Speck says.
