The four-story building is owned by Indianapolis-based DukeRealty Corp. Rob Binion, of Lavista Associates, represented thetenant and Duke Realty Corp. leasing representative Wes Hardyrepresented the landlord. "Huntcrest is a great fit for a rapidlygrowing company like Covenant, and we're fortunate that theydecided to join us," Hardy says. "Their timing is perfect as we'reseeing a flurry of activity in the Sugarloaf market and expect theclass A office market to tighten significantly by the end of theyear."

Covenant, which provides third party administrative, managedcare, risk management and correctional managed healthcare services, was seeking to move its operations from the Johns Creek submarketto the Sugarloaf submarket. The company is expected to occupy thespace in mid-summer, Hardy tells GlobeSt.com. "The new space was away for the company to control its growth and increase itsvisibility," he says.

With the lease, the building is approximately 75% occupied. Thebuilding, part of Duke's four-building Hillside at Huntcrest officedevelopment, offers access and visibility to Interstate 85 andSugarloaf Parkway. Covenant is occupying space formerly occupied byKMC Telecom, which vacated approximately 150,000 sf of space withinthe park. "We're trying to back fill some of that space," Hardysays. "This is the first major lease signed for that space."
