The asset is owned by Rreef Real Estate Investment managers. ForJLL, the assignment is being headed by executive vice presidentDennis McConnell and vice president Jodie Matthews.

And the building currently has limited availability, accordingto McConnell. That availability consists of two pre-built units,one totaling 4,836 sf on the building's first floor, the other of3,247 sf on the second floor.
