Althoughdetails were not disclosed, the asking price for the space was $34per sf, according to a release by the broker. "The actual rent is$31 per sf," Levy, principal of Adams & Co., tellsGlobeSt.com.

Built in 1927, the 18-story property is located near Bryant Parkand has concierge services as well as 24-hour access. Notableclients in the 138,788-sf building include Shamash & Sons,Castlewood Apparel and Bluefly.com. Retail tenants are CordetteDrugs, Mai, AEL Repnographics and the Tall Girl Ship.
