NEWARK, NJ-D'Artagnan, a distributor of specialty food products,has renewed its lease at 280 Wilson Ave., an industrial propertyowned by the New York-based Pantheon Properties. The company usesthe 35,000-sf space as its headquarters and main distributioncenter.
The renewal term for the lease runs for 10 years. Further termsof the signing were not released; the remaining space in the81,000-sf building, or approximately 46,000 sf, is available andcurrently listed with an asking price of $9.75 per sf triple-net,plus $1.42 per sf in CAM charges. The availability includes about7,000 sf of built-out office space, as well as an expandable blockof 11,000 sf of cooler space.
