"Our expansion at Weymouth Woods Medical Center underscores ourcommitment to providing clinical programs and coordinated care toour South Shore area patients," says Harvard Vanguard CEO DebraGeihsler, whose organization will utilize the additional space onthe second floor for its Atrius Health programs. The firm alreadyleases the entire first floor and a portion of the second.

"This is a strong testament to the total excellence the buildingprovides as to location, design and the highest qualityconstruction," Campanelli director of leasing Peter Brown says ofhitting 100% occupancy barely a month after finishing construction."That doesn't happen very often," notes the veteran broker.

Campanelli's accomplishment was aided greatly by HarvardVanguard's initial decision to use the building for an oncologytreatment center, and the feat has been finished by the expansion.A separate user leased the top floor in between. Brown negotiatedterms for Campanelli in the Harvard Vanguard expansion, while ChrisBent and Eugene Wallace were the in-house representatives for thetenant.
