EDGEWOOD, MD-Within the space of a few of months, ProLogis hastaken Park Edgewood, a distribution facility in Harford Countylocated some 25 miles north of Baltimore, from zero to fulloccupancy. Several months ago, a home improvement national retailerleased 300,000 sf of the building for its reverse logisticsoperations, Mark Levy VP and market officer for the Washington, DCarea, tells GlobeSt.com. Four months later it approached ProLogisabout picking up the rest of the space for its use.

"They are essentially consolidating several different facilitiesunder one roof and needed the room to expand," he says. The askingrate for the space was $3.95 triple net.
