Seagate, a maker of hard disc drives used in computers, signed a63-month lease for Suite 110 of 3101 Jay St. and Suite 201 at 3121Jay St. The aggregate value of the lease is approximately $2.25million. The space will be used for general office purposes andresearch and development.

Colin Feichtmeir of Commercial Property Services represented SanDiego-based Westcore. Matt Shelton of JR Parrish representedSeagate, which is based several miles north of Santa Cruz in ScottsValley. Seagate also occupies space in Milpitas that sits aboutfive miles northeast of its newly leased space in Santa Clara.
