KEANSBURG, NJ-Beachview Gardens, a 44-unit apartment complex,has been sold for $3.2 million, or just less than $73,000 per unit.Located at 544-560 Beachway Ave., the complex overlooks this city'sRaritan Bay beachfront. Brokers from the Woodbridge, NJ-basedKislak Co. represented both the buyer and seller, identified onlyas local investor groups. The previous ownership had been listed asBeachview Gardens LLC.
