TicketsNow will be relocating in August from its headquarters at620 N. Route 31 in Crystal Lake. The company's executive officesand information technology groups will be located at the AtriumCorporate Center, Clifton says. "They wanted to be in an accessiblelocation for current and future executives and informationtechnology people and they wanted to have a state-of-the-artbuilding," he says. The company will continue to leaseapproximately 30,000 sf in Crystal Lake, he says. The company wasfounded in 1992 and currently employs 200 people with sales of $202million in 2006.

The three-story Atrium Corporate Center was constructed in 1969and renovated by 3Com Corp., when the corporation purchased it in1998. Lincoln Property Co. purchased the property in 2006 for $62million, as reported by GlobeSt.com. The building is currently 90%leased. Harris Bank and Riverside Publishing both lease more than100,000 sf each, Clifton says. The asking lease rate for thebuilding is $23 per sf gross.
