Grapevine, TX-based GameStop acquired Electronics Boutique, theformer parent of EB Games, in May 2005 and put both EB Gamesfacilities up for sale. Prior to closing on the portfolio, BPGobtained a full-building lease for the Sadsbury facility fromCommunication Design Testing Inc., which relocated from a propertyit occupied here.
The Matlack property was vacant at the time of Anro'sacquisition. It is located on 13 acres adjacent to Route 202 andconsists of 55,000 sf of office space and 87,000 sf of warehousespace, including a 3,500-sf cafeteria and 2,500-sf data center.According to public records, the property traded for $12.2million.
