Paul Whitman takes the Southwest corporate services' reins fromJohn Gates, who remains as president and COO of the company.Whitman is marking his 13th year with Staubach. Replacing Whitmanis Brad Selner, who started with Staubach in August 1999.
"Paul's experience, presence, strategic acumen and leadershipskills will be instrumental to our success," says Gates, who hasheaded up the Southwest Corporate Services group for the past sixyears. "Paul's expertise will take our business to new levels."
The locally based firm's specialty division provides office andindustrial tenant representation services. Whitman, who had beenleading the office brokerage group, has completed more than 10million sf of lease transactions during his career, earningnumerous accolades inside and outside the company.
