PENNSAUKEN, NJ-Eiko Ltd. has signed a lease for 19,126 sf at7950 National Hwy. here. The Shawnee, KS-based manufacturer andsupplier of specialty lighting products will use the space fordistribution purposes. The lease encompasses 18,526 sf of warehousespace and 600 sf of office space.
Eiko was represented by Marc Isdaner, director and SVP ofColliers Lanard & Axilbund, Philadelphia, and landlord VCV LLCwas represented by NAI Mertz Corp., Mt. Laurel. Terms were notreleased; the space had been listed on NAI Mertz' website with anasking price of $4 per sf triple-net.
