Eighttenants renewed or expanded their space at the building. PerformicsInc., which provides search engine advertising, has renewed itslease for 20,345 sf in the building. The company has been a tenantin the building since 2001, when it moved from 500 N. MichiganAve.

Other tenants renewing space include the Illinois State Board ofInvestment for 5,865 sf; recruiting firm OnPoint Partners Inc. for3,226 sf; Phillips Bros. Insurance Agency Inc. for 2,906 sf; thelaw firm of William J. Ralph for 1,437 sf; the law firm of RezaBaniassadi for 900 sf and Anina Travel service Inc. for 599 sf.

The terms of the leases were not disclosed. The annual rent islisted as $16 per sf triple net on Prime Group's website. AnitaPallardy, senior vice president with Prime Group Realty Trust,represented Prime Group in all of the transactions. The building,which was built in 1972 and renovated in 1999, is 99% leased,according to Prime Group's website. Current tenants includeAccenture, Career Builder; Schwartz Cooper Chartered, LanierWorldwide Inc. and Chicago Equity Partners.
