Pantheon's 3200 Liberty Ave. is a 215,000-sf, single-storybuilding on nine acres immediately off the New Jersey Turnpike.Ricky's NYC was represented in the transaction by Matthew Corpuelof CB Richard Ellis. Terms were not released; availabilities at theproperty are listed on Pantheon's website with an asking rent of$6.50 per sf plus CAM charges of $1.03 per sf.
