"This is a milestone for AHM," says Kevin McMurty, founder andCEO of the Union-based firm, who notes that the site will be hiscompany's fourth office, and the sublease follows the recentexpansion of its Philadelphia office. "Bridgewater is an idealchoice for our expansion based on its central location, and itgives us the opportunity to attract new team members from thisstrong professional community."

"This space was chosen based on its plug-and-play capability,"says Bryn Cinque, SVP of GVA Williams NJ, Parsippany, whorepresented AHM. "As the result of the efforts of all of theparties involved, this lease was completed in just 45 days. Thiswill enable AHM to continue its rapid expansion."

Sanofi-aventis, meanwhile, was represented by SVPs NicholasNemeth and Bleecker Totten, VP Nicholas Savage and senior associateRobert Ryan, all of CB Richard Ellis, in a collaboration with theZell Partnership. Terms were not released.
