HAZLETON, PA-The 100,000-sf industrial facility at 504 WhiteBirch Rd. has traded hands for $2.9 million. Interplast Group Ltd.has bought it from National Starch & Chemical Co. The dealworks out to $29 per sf.
Interplast is a plastic packaging and industrial bag and supplymanufacturer. It operates through its AmTopp, Integrated BaggingSystems and Work-Pak divisions. National Starch & Chemicalmanufactures industrial adhesives, starches, electronics materialsand specialty polymers.
