BRIDGEPORT, NJ-Univeg America Inc. has signed a lease for108,783 sf of industrial space at Liberty Property Trust's 406Heron Dr. here. The international food processing concern, which isbased in Belgium, will occupy three-quarters of the 145,000-sf,single-story building.
The move is part of Univeg's expansion within the US, an effortthat's being done in concert with the California-based Ready PacFoods. Univeg America will use the location for warehousing anddistribution in the tri-state region. Terms of the signing were notreleased.
