ATLANTA-Pittsburgh-based Dick's Sporting Goods has signed a657,200-sf lease at 3909 Commerce Dr. within Camp Creek BusinessCenter. The company plans to invest $23 million in the newfacility, which will be used as a regional distribution center.

The Duke Realty-owned center, which is expected to be open insummer 2008, will have the capacity to service up to 210 stores."We evaluated sites throughout the southeast region and Camp Creekprovided the most efficient distribution point for our expandingSoutheastern operations," says Dick's Sporting Goods senior vicepresident of distribution and transportation Lee Belitsky.
