SAN BERNARDINO, CA-Texas-based Hillwood plans to complete 12 newindustrial buildings totaling 5.7 million sf at four differentdevelopments in the Inland Empire by the end of 2008, including newconstruction at its Alliance California project. After severalyears of acquiring property throughout the Inland Empire tocomplement the Alliance California project, Hillwood is under wayon "its most aggressive building program yet in the region,"according to John Magness, senior vice president of HillwoodInvestment Properties.

In addition to Alliance California, the developments includeInterChange Business Park, North San Bernardino Industrial Park andand Hofer Ranch at Ontario Airport.Ten of the buildings totalingmore than 4.3 million sf are under construction, includingbuild-to-suits with long term leases recently signed with FedEx andMichelin.
