CRANBURY, NJ-Wathne Ltd. has subleased 76,968 sf of industrialspace at 1 Capital Dr., a 201,600-sf facility owned by ProLogishere. The New York City-based Wathne will use the site fordistribution of fashion accessory products, including such brandsas Polo/Ralph Lauren, Estee Lauder, Chanel and Land's End.
The sub-landlord is Newegg.com, a company that sells computerhardware and software and consumer electronics. As reported byGlobeSt.com, Newegg.com signed a lease for larger quarters inEdison a year ago and has since moved its local operation to thatsite.
