ATLANTA-Locally based Cousins Properties Inc. and theMiami-based Related Group are teaming up to develop condominiums inthe Terminus and CityPlace Buckhead projects. Construction isexpected to begin in October on One CityPlace, a 30-story, 269-unitcondominium project with 11 townhomes at the intersection ofRoxboro and East Paces Ferry roads.
The project, the first of nine towers planned for the CityPlaceBuckhead project, is expected to be completed in the third quarter2009. Upon completion, which is expected in 2015, CityPlaceBuckhead will include 3,832 condominiums and 95,000 sf ofground-floor retail space on 16 acres.
