The buildings will be offered for sale or for lease, with eachto be situated on its own lot. The developers note that the newoffice complex is located in a gateway position to the 702-acreRiverPark community that is now under construction.
The RiverPark development will include 2,800 residences andnearly 2.5 million sf of space dedicated to retail, hotel andconvention uses. The JV says that the office complex is designed tocomplement the master plan for the larger development and to meetthe increasing demand for office space in Ventura County.
The eight-building complex is expected to be completed by thefinal quarter of 2008.
